Responsibilities & Duties

The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing HVAC equipment and duct systems in residential and light commercial applications , while delivering a high level of workmanship and professionalism.

• Install HVAC systems, ductwork, and related components
• Replace and upgrade existing equipment
• Complete jobs on time and done right the first time
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Follow all company processes, safety standards, and code requirements
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers

✅ Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• EPA Certification required
• Knowledge of EPA and OSHA regulations
• Must have your own basic hand tools
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
